MDPL’s Appeal to Miami-Dade County regarding the Deauville

MDPL filed the attached appeal to Miami-Dade County on Feb 24th. Our filing includes 12 areas of objection to the structural assessment provided by the Deauville owner’s engineers. In addition, our appeal notes to the developer’s failure to comply with the court’s order as well as with city code requirements.
