Workshop at The Bass: How to Get Lost and Loiter

This workshop begins with a walk designed to disorient participants as a means of seeing the environment with a fresh perspective. The goal is to wander, get lost and move through space on your own terms. Wherever the walk leads, participants are asked to tune into how the space feels. From there, participants create a sculptural being inspired by both the environment and their emotional response to it. The experience is designed for adults ages 21 and older and any skill level. All materials are provided. The class costs $15 for museum members and $20 for nonmembers.
