Vibes from the Vault

Head to the Historic Lyric Theater to hear sounds drawn from archival vinyl recordings. Vibes from the Vault takes place Friday, Feb. 20, at the Black Archives Historic Lyric Theater Cultural Arts Complex. Presented by The Black Archives, the event centers on a live vinyl DJ set by DJ H2 the Vibesetter, who spins selections from the institution’s record collection spanning soul, funk and other genres tied to Black musical history. Board and card games are also available, encouraging conversation and informal interaction alongside the music. The event begins at 8 p.m.
