Join us at the Art Deco Museum for a new series of community talks. Meet your fellow neighbors and visitors and hear from one of our local guides!
Joel Levine is the featured speaker of this event:
Fleeing from Nazi persecution in the 1930’s, architects influenced by the Bauhaus School built a city of comfortable and modern homes for the working class in Tel Aviv. Explore how the modern state of Israel has developed a method to preserve these structures, modernize the city and prevent gentrification, all without government financing.
After the talk, stroll down to the Ocean Drive Promenade for the classical music concert 5pm-7pm.
Spend your Sunday afternoon on Ocean Drive with Miami Design Preservation League.
