Stay On It: A Block Party with Music, Poetry, Dance, and Art

Inspired by the work of artist Roberto Lugo, 10th Street will transform into a one-night-only block party with live entertainment, an art opening, and Caribbean-themed food trucks.

Produced by IlluminArts, the evening’s performance features Grammy-winning baritone Kenneth Overton, conductor Jacomo Bairos, the Peter London Global Dance Company, and the Miami Sound Choir. Also on tap: the opening of Call and Response, a pop-up installation created by artists from the Everglades Correctional Institute in response to Lugo’s mural.
