NORTH BEACH SOCIAL: LOCOS POR JUANA

A holiday party North Beach Social, featuring the iconic ambassadors of the Miami sound! Locos por Juana’s sound is a unique fusion of reggae, funk, and rock, anchored with Colombian rhythms like cumbia and champeta, mapale and chande. Add a dose of dancehall, dub, and hip-hop for swagger. The Grammy-nominated band, featuring Itawe Correa as its charismatic lead vocalist, talented guitarist Mark Kondrat, innovative drummer Javier Delgado, and electrifying bass player David Pransky, are joined by some of this city’s best horn players, guest vocalists and percussionists. Nominated for a Grammy and Latin Grammys among other accolades, they have toured the world, and collaborated with a who’s who in Latin, hip-hop and world music. And now it’s the holidays, and the end of a long year. What better way to see it off, than a classic Fiesta Navideña with one of our favorite Miami-based groups of all time? 6:30pm Doors / 8pm Show The Miami Beach Bandshell is a covered open-air venue.
