No Vacancy, Miami Beach is a juried art competition that supports and celebrates local artists at Miami Beach’s famed hotels as art destinations. For the sixth edition of the competition, No Vacancy, Miami Beach 2025 includes 12 participating artists and collectives at 12 different hotels through Dec. 20, 2025. Check out the works at the Avalon Hotel, The Betsy Hotel, Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Casa Faena, The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club, International Inn on the Bay, Kimpton Surfcomber, The Miami Beach EDITION, Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach, Riviera Suites South Beach, The Shelborne by Proper and Sherry Frontenac Hotel. Funding for this project is provided by the City of Miami Beach Cultural Arts Council, Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority and the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau.
