Come to the Art Deco Welcome Center on Thursday, Nov. 6, for a discussion with Miami-based photographer Robin Hill, who will talk about his book “That’s the Way I See It” — a vibrant love letter to Miami’s public art scene. Hill blurs the lines between architecture, design and fine art through his lens. From photographing toddlers in London supermarkets to having his work shown at the Guggenheim and featured in Vanity Fair, Wallpaper* and Architectural Digest, Hill’s journey is anything but ordinary. Known for capturing the interplay of light, geometry, and perspective, he’s collaborated with icons like Herzog & de Meuron, Zaha Hadid and Arquitectonica. Hill first made waves with his MiMo (Miami Modern) project, helping preserve Miami’s post-war architecture and co-authoring over 35 books. We hope you’ll join us at this event open to all!
