Soulful vocals and dynamic piano arrangements come together in this uplifting outdoor performance. LaVie with the Allen Paul Trio takes the stage at Lummus Park on Sunday, March 23, as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series.
The collaboration features LaVie, known for her engaging performance style and message of empowerment through music. She is joined by Allen Paul, a multifaceted pianist, composer, and educator who serves as musical director at Metro Life Church in Doral. Paul’s arrangements take audiences on a journey through familiar melodies while adding his own creative interpretations.
Visitors are encouraged to bring picnic blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the free performance, which takes place between 14th Street and 14th Place. In case of inclement weather, the concert will move indoors to The Betsy Hotel.
