The City of Miami Beach is hosting a virtual community meeting to discuss the proposed comprehensive plan and Land Development Regulation Amendments for 6701 Collins Avenue. The discussion will address the proposed development regulations for the North Beach Oceanfront Overlay District, including incentives for the substantial reconstruction of the former Deauville Hotel site and public benefits. This meeting is open to the public for feedback and discussion with the developer.
