The 39th Annual Home Tour by The Villagers will take place Saturday, Dec 7th, 10am-3pm. This year’s tour will highlight the historic Shenandoah neighborhood. Attendees will have the chance to delve into the unique stories behind each of the featured homes, which reflect the diverse architectural styles that flourished in the early 20th century. From the elegant arches and stucco finishes of Mediterranean Revival to the bold geometric forms of Art Deco Moderne, each residence offers a distinct perspective on the era’s design trends.

Tickets are $65 through November 30th, and $70 effective December 1st.

For those interested in expanding their knowledge of the area, a special Shenandoah Walking Tour will be given by resident and HistoryMiami Museum’s Resident Historian Dr. Paul S. George, at 9:30am the morning of the home tour. The tour may be reserved for $40 for those who have purchased a home tour ticket.

In addition to the home tour, the Villagers’ Boutique will be open 10am – 4pm at the St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral. With a variety of baked goods, handmade items, and vintage jewelry, there will be something for every taste. Guests can also take a break at the pop-up café, where they can enjoy delicious food options while mingling with fellow attendees.

Villagers’ Members, knowledgeable about the history and features of each property, will be there to enrich the tour experience with engaging tales and insights.
