Events will take place across the city, featuring walking tours and guided bus tours of filming locations. A Miami Vice exhibit at the Wilzig Museum Building on Washington Avenue will be displaying a large collection of memorabilia including screen-used badges, props, wardrobe, guns, production materials, and behind-the-scenes photos, will be on display for the first time ever. The original white Ferrari Testarossa and three screen-used cigarette boats will also be on display. Fans can look forward to photo and autograph opportunities with stars from the show and other celebrities. The exhibit will be running through until the end of 2024.

According to the organizers, Miami Vice achieved and still maintains unparalleled worldwide fame which is well-deserved and long overdue for more recognition. Veteran locals who witnessed how the show impacted the city and boosted tourism during the show’s run between 1984-89, now call it the “Vice Effect.” It was magic that had never been seen on network television before.
