Tatum Waterway: HPB Votes Unanimously on Preliminary Evaluation

Read Time: < 1 min

Yesterday, the Historic Preservation Board of Miami Beach voted unanimously to direct staff to proceed on preparing a formal designation report for the Tatum Waterway Expansion of the North Shore Historic District.

This area has already been designated locally. However, due to a lawsuit by a large property owner, YTech, the City is undertaking an additional process of designation while it fights to protect the will of the citizens of Miami Beach, who designated this area in 2018.

Below, please find the Preliminary Evaluation Report prepared by the Staff and reviewed at yesterday’s meeting.
