Below is the agenda detail from the City of Miami Beach website, in regard to the Sep 17th Land Use Workshop on the Art Deco Cultural District proposals.

This is the start of the City’s new initiative to re-elevate the Art Deco District and address some of the issues that have negatively impacted the experience of residents and visitors to the area. MDPL is enthusiastically participating in this process.
