How to Find Us

Parking

Street parking is available, but we recommend using one of the City of Miami Beach parking garages for a smoother visit:

  • 7th Street Garage — between Washington & Collins on 7th Street
  • 12th Street Garage — just west of Washington Avenue on 12th Street
  • 13th Street Garage — just east of Collins Avenue on 13th Street
  • 17th Street Garage — at Convention Center Drive

Handicapped parking is also available on Ocean Drive at the 5th Street entrance to Lummus Park.

Meters run $4/hour, while city garages are just $1.25/hour — and you can pay for your whole stay in one go (cash, credit, or debit) when you leave, so there’s no clock ticking on your receipt.

A few Art Deco District garages are privately operated and tend to cost more than the city-owned lots.
