On Oct. 26, the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series will feature a performance by MAS Vocal director Cindy Ellis as part of a special Halloween concert with the students of MAS Vocal. The event is free and presented by the Ocean Drive Association. Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair and choose your spot by 6 p.m. It will take place in Lummus Park between 14th Street and 14th Place, but if it rains they’ll head toThe Betsy Hotel! This program is part of the weekly Promenade Sunday Concert Series underwritten by The City of Miami Beach, the GMCVB, and the Ocean Drive Association.
