Head out to Ocean Drive on Nov. 2 for a performance featuring Sixteen Strings as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, a free, weekly concert series presented by the Ocean Drive Association. Bring your own chair or blanket. NOTE: New start time is 5 p.m. Eight-string guitar players Tom Lippincott and Edgar De la Torre will weave classic pop, rock and jazz tunes with interactive improvisations through rhythms led by percussionist Steve Kornicks. This public event will take place in Lummus Park between 14th Street and 14th Place, or inside The Betsy Hotel if it rains. This program is part of the weekly Promenade Sunday Concert Series underwritten by the City of Miami Beach, the Greater Miami Visitors and Convention Bureau and the Ocean Drive Association.
