Heritage Days on Flagler Street Festival

Each year, a celebration takes place commemorating the bringing of the FEC Railroad to Miami in 1896 by Henry Flagler. This year marks the 130th Anniversary. Miami had about 300 people. The citizens wanted to name the new city “Flagler”, but he declined and kept the name Miami. Come out on Saturday, April 11 for music, vintage cars, history, film, street markets and culture on the street where it all started.
