On Saturday, April 22, Atul Kumar, Roberta Nusim, and Sharon Koskoff spoke at the Jewish Museum of Florida for the 16th World Congress on Art Deco lecture series.

Kumar is the President of the Art Deco Mumbai Trust, Nusim is the President of the Art Deco Society of New York and Sharon Koskoff is the President of the Art Deco Society of the Palm Beaches.

In their discussion, the panelists shared their personal experiences as members of Art Deco Societies and the strategies they’ve used to sustain their organizations.

From archiving and documenting the Art Deco buildings in their cities to hosting events and creating promotional materials online, like newsletters and blog content, each society has benefitted from a strong online presence where users can directly engage with them and their mission.
